We use heavy-duty, reinforced packaging and custom cushioning for every order. Larger decorative boulders are crated in wood to ensure they arrive at your doorstep without chips or cracks.

Can I return a bulk order of river rocks or gravel?
We accept returns on unopened, original packaging within 30 days. Please note that due to the weight of these items, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy garden ornaments?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States and Canada. Fragile or extremely heavy items may have specific regional restrictions which will be calculated at checkout.
Will the color of the rocks match the photos on the website exactly?
As these are natural geological products, slight variations in color, vein patterns, and texture are expected. We recommend rinsing the stones upon arrival to reveal their true vibrant colors.
